This film starts with a dramatic show of Electron (a form of dance) by a dance company called Illuminati - a celebration of neon green, blue, yellow and pink that gets your enthusiasm sky high. The adrenaline hurry created by Illuminati is matched but not exceeded by a company called J5 (a Michael Jackson tribute dance company) that performs to Psycho Re from Any Body Can Dance 1.

The entire thrill is about to come to naught with our heroes who get phase in a imaginary dance competition named HK2N (Hum Kisise Kam Nahin). They entire their act – one that same Illuminati and J5 in intensity but not in novelty – only to be says by the jury that they have been disqualified because every step was it seems that copied from an international company called Philippine All Stars.

Comedies sideways, ABCD 2 scores a lot in terms of the dance performances that are obtainable abundantly.  You are never more than 5 minutes of actually bad dialogues away from an adrenaline rush on stage.  And if you are a admirer of modern dance then there is no cause why you should not see Any Body Can Dance 2.  However, you are like for quality movie then this is not that one.

The dialogues are almost dreadful with appearance such as “Chalta Phirta Pushpak” and “Mere Kanpur mein hadtal hai” – both very shameful references to a deaf mute player – failed to cut any ice.  There are more corny lines such as “Kaam hee meri Pooja hai, Pooja hee mera kaam hai” that distract you from the main course i.e. phenomenal dances.
